Leçon 5

The second column is the Masculine Singular, followed by Feminine Singular and Plural.

My | Mon | Ma | Mes
Your (Tu) | Ton | Ta | Tes
His/Her | Son | Sa | Ses
Our | Notre | Notre | Nos
Your (Vous) | Votre | Votre | Vos
Their | Leur | Leur | Leurs

(I forgot what these words are called. *Yawns)

Always bear in mind that the gender of these words depends on the gender of the object not the subject/pronoun. The plural form is used when there are more than 1 object, not because there are more than one subject.

Eg. Nous voulons nos stylos. ----- We want our pens.
nos is used because there are more than 1 pen, not because it's nous.

Marc déteste sa mère. ----- Marc hates his mother.
sa is used because the object, mère, is feminine.

Je lisais mon livre. ----- I was reading my book.
mon is used because livre is masculine.
